1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 33ok platform ("Platform", "Site", "we") and its members ("Member", "User", "you"). By browsing the 33ok website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

33ok is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live dealer experiences for Bangladeshi players. The platform operates on the basis of SSL encryption and fair play principles.

2 Eligibility & Membership

2.1 Age Requirement

• Each individual may create only one account.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or shared environment is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The 33ok platform follows an identity verification process to ensure a safe and reliable service. Members may be asked to submit a valid proof of identity (National ID, passport, or driving licence) before a withdrawal is processed or for large-value transactions. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

Members must create an account by providing their correct name, mobile number, email address, and password. If the information provided is found to be false or misleading, 33ok reserves the right to close the account and, where applicable, forfeit the balance.

3.2 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Transferring or sharing your account with a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity must be reported to [email protected] immediately.
• The member is personally responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

Funds can be deposited on the 33ok platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.
• Deposits must come only from a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly; however, if there is a technical delay, please contact support.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Processing time: Normally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed only to verified payment methods.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• 33ok reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If currency conversion is required, it will be carried out at the prevailing rate with any applicable charges deducted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

33ok offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance becomes ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → receive ৳10,000 bonus → total balance becomes ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies only once per member.
• If any deposit is withdrawn after claiming the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Certain games may contribute differently towards bonus wagering requirements.
• 33ok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The 33ok VIP Program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

The conditions for moving between VIP tiers are set by 33ok and are subject to change.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

Slot games, live casino, table games, and sports betting are available on the 33ok platform. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. Members are advised to read the relevant rules carefully before starting a game.

6.2 Fair Play & Randomness

All games on 33ok use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. The outcome of every game is entirely impartial and independent of previous results.

6.3 Betting Limits

7 Prohibited Activities

• Collusion betting with other members.
• Using automated bots, software, or scripts to play games.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 33ok's Rights

33ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Order from a court or regulatory authority.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account.

8.2 Member's Rights

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance may be withdrawn subject to all applicable conditions being met. Account closure requests must be sent by email to [email protected].

9 Limitation of Liability

The 33ok platform accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by an internet connection failure.
• Issues arising from faults in third-party software or hardware.
• Service disruptions due to force majeure events (natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.).
• Loss caused by the member's own negligence.

In all cases, 33ok's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance held in the member's account.
